Cut fresh salmon into 1" squares.
Mix up a tempura batter in a mixing bowl.
Dip the salmon cubes in tempura batter.
Finely crush your favourite Old Dutch Restaurante Chips inside the bag.
Roll the salmon cubes into the crushed Restaurante Chips.
Spread the salmon cubes on a lightly greased baking tray.
Bake the salmon cubes at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Let the dish sit for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with your favourite garnishes, including Old Dutch Restaurante Salsa.
